I’m a wholesale customer. They bake fresh by order. I can’t have any sourdough from others anymore. They make best organic sourdough bread!

The bread at this bakery is seriously the best I have ever had. My husband and I buy it fresh at the farmers markets every Sunday and it never disappoints.

This is the best bread around. So tasty and so filling. Keeps well and can not go back. Can get at various markets or direct from the bakery if you order via email. Sourdough keeps well.

Dropped in to purchase some wholemeal sourdough bread and all types of croissants and they were so fresh and tasty, dedicate in true European style.

This is real deal sourdough without the yeast ,Best the best I've come across. I have been buying at the markets for about 18 months but since Covid with no markets open they have kindly delivered to me as they pass through to deliver nearby and at no added cost! The wholemeal grain and the fruit loaf are my basics yet every thing I have tried is delicious and it all keeps really well.

A friend introduced me to this bakery a week ago and now i will never buy bread anywhere else! This place is out of this world. The croissants are exceptional to make an understatement. The taste and texture of the bread is phenomenal. This bakery makes supermarket bread very pedestrian. This is THE BEST sourdough bread ive ever tasted. I cant go back, my weekly bread supply will now come from La Tartine. Cant wait for Friday 😃

The fact that this place opens to the public even half a day a week is one of the best things about the Central Coast :) If you have not tried their fruit loaf, you don't know what what a fruit loaf is -- with almonds on the base of the crust and various type of dried fruit, including fig. Also recommend the pumpkin half loaf, amongst many others. Their establishment does not have a sign out the front -- don't let that dissuade you!

I recently purchased sourdough bread from this bakery at Gosford showground markets and was extremely satisfied with my purchase. The bread was not only delicious but also had a generous quantity. In fact, it was double the size of commercial brands like Bakers Delight !! The sourdough bread had a perfect crust and a soft and chewy texture. The flavour was rich and tangy, and it was evident that the bread was made with high-quality ingredients. The size of the loaf was impressive, and it was enough to last me for several days. I paired with chicken curry, and the flavours really lifted the dish to different levels. The bakery's attention to detail was evident in the bread's quality and quantity. I would highly recommend this bakery's sourdough bread to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying bread option. I will definitely be purchasing more bread from this bakery in the future.
